Summary
The video develops a one-shot prompt for an Episode 120 screenwalk interface, starting from a visual design of branching agent paths. The proposed Next.js prototype would connect interactive story components to read-only Langfuse and GitHub data through server-side adapters. This recording and transcript establish the request and its security boundaries, not that the prototype or integrations were built.
Intended Use & Continuation
Why this recording matters
We intend to use this screenwalk to explore how a recording can become a navigable research experience: a way to move between narrative, evidence, agents, Langfuse traces, reusable prompts, and GitHub issues without confusing the story with proof of implementation. The ChatGPT consultation offers a concrete path through that idea: interpretation → diagram → written voice-over script → trace → prompt → issue → prototype design. The consultation names an Episode 120 trace and issue; its interface prompt is a design request, not evidence that the first interface or its integrations work.
What can continue from here
The first interface can be tested against the screenwalk's image, interactive regions, and proposed navigation. We want to distinguish records already made from live integrations, demonstration states, and features still requested. In particular, an inspection should establish what a visitor can actually follow—and whether server-side access limits keep private traces, prompts, and credentials out of public view.
Tokconomics:
The study and management of token spending efficiency to ensure that increased usage correlates with genuine productive output rather than just high volume
- The fact that @Iris has downloaded the transcript saved us tokens actually a lot. The miadi/review-service option on the UI/API to add the transcript with gemini cost actually about 0.15$/time for big video. Doing it and making @Iris do that again and reproduce what we did would be good for our ** Tokconomics** ; @Mino and @Mia would have to ensure that we work on reproducing that -> Envisionned ways is creating and API endpoint to Iris gateway that is expressly for this and when she is called for that job, she open a thread in slack channel miadi-reviews on the created miadi-review (that applies to miadi-screenwalk but also other video being passed to our review workflow.)
Open inquiries for the community
Where should someone enter this experience: through a scene, an agent's work, a trace, or an issue? What evidence should be visible at each doorway, and what must remain private? Which connections help a participant continue an inquiry rather than merely browse an attractive account of it?
Aspects
Interactive Living Narrative Concept (00:28-01:36)
Transforming the Episode 120 screenwalk from a static recording into an interactive visual storybook. The design maps parallel agent sessions, plot threads, and evaluations across luminous branching paths, allowing community exploration rather than presenting a conventional technical diagram.
Visual Inventory and Region Extraction (10:14-11:10)
Analyzing the generated illustration layout to identify interactive regions, usable components, and page connections. This inventory derives interactive boundaries directly from visual assets and background elements to guide downstream agent scaffolding without overextending reflections beyond identified components.
One-Shot Prompt Engineering for V0.dev (14:19-16:13)
Synthesizing the visual inventory, layout reflections, and Episode 120 research into a single concise prompt for V0.dev. The prompt directs an agent to scaffold the minimum viable interface while restricting bloated or excessive content in the instruction set.
Strict Server-Side Security Boundaries (21:45-22:36)
Establishing security boundaries where GitHub and Langfuse tokens exist solely within server-side environment variables. Integration modules are restricted to read-only access for traces and issues, explicitly barring browser bundle leakage, issue creation, comment posting, and autonomous agent triggering.
End-results and Core Aspect
Core Aspect — Responsive Living Storyboard MVP (24:47-25:21)
A proposed responsive Next.js and Tailwind prototype for the Episode 120 screenwalk. The prompt calls for luminous branching navigation and server-side read-only adapters, but the recording does not demonstrate those features working.
Results
- Proposed Langfuse retrieval (25:27-25:45): The prompt requests server-side observations API v2 filtered by trace ID and a specific managed prompt version, with fallback handling for unavailable data.
- Proposed read-only issue linking (25:43-27:10): The prompt requests server-only access to GitHub issue 754 metadata and comments using a restricted token; it forbids mutation and browser exposure.
- Proposed branching navigation (25:48-29:15): The prompt requests components and validation for plot threads, annotations, evaluations, persistent navigation, and clearly labeled demo states. Their implementation remains to be verified.
